NASCAR is meant to inculcate the dumbest sector of the American population into obedience to the state and any authority that comes along. Series officials everywhere, Country Music, military flyovers, military sponsors, lots of love for shit police, drug testing and all sorts of obedience are on full display to turn the dumbfuck American into a order-following enemy of intelligence and freedom. NASCAR's not just bad for Racing; it's bad for America. |

I guess NASCAR is much like Rush.... everyone watches, especially the loudmouths that claim to "hate" them... like fish in a barrel. You make no sense with that comment, could you please expand to clarify what you are trying to say. |

Exactly how much over the speed limit was he going and oh by the way there is such a thing as deviation from limits, sometimes referred to percentage of error. If speeding in this case is defined as <1 mph over that stated limit, I would suggest that is too rigid. |

If speeding in this case is defined as <1 mph over that stated limit, I would suggest that is too rigid. NASCAR fans know the "rule".. the speed limit is set, and teams are given time in the parade lap to get readings on their tachometers for the proper speed... NASCAR allows a driver to exceed the predetermined speed by 5MPH... over that, busted.... all drivers know this, as does the viewing audience... |
