Nascar doesn't have the balls anymore. The big teams and the sponsors run
Nascar.

I am not sure about sitting the driver as he my not have any information
that the cheating is going on.

nsacar is not done with knaus yet. He will get more.

Many of the cheat items require a bit of finesse from the driver to be
effective. In this case, a suspension cheat that responds as expected
without driver input is highly unlikely.

was the 4 race suspension for the illegal fuel filler insert? if so, then
the the device that Knauss had on the #48 should pull a heavier suspension
than what Berrier got, especially since the warnings Knauss got last year
even though they won non suspension under appeal.

Either it is a team sport, or it is an induhvidual sport.

NASCAR is a team sport. They will win together, or go down together.
They should all be suspended after all the cheating, warnings and
suspended suspensions.

....even little old Jimmy boy.
