If you took the best part of Yeley, Almindinger, Hornisch, and Montoya you could still not make a pimple of Kevin Harvick's behind when it comes to driving in NASCAR. I told y'all this before those worthless pukes even showed up. Maybe now you will listen. I think it depends on what kind of open wheel driver you are considering. |

There is no doubt about the abilities of drivers like Tony Stewart, Jeff Gordon, Kasey Kahne, Ken Schrader, Ryan Newman and a few others that began their careers in open wheel oval cars. Yeley will probably come along in time, but I also understand that there are other issues as far as JJ is concerned. Carey in Manvel |

Gordon, Kasey Kahne, Ken Schrader, Ryan Newman and a few others ) your definition of "open wheel driver" is too broad. From that list, |

| The issue with Yeley is one of talent. He's in way over his head and not in the same league as the other open-wheel refugees, definitely not in the same league as JPM. |

Those other current drivers you noted did NOT have instant success. It took them a while before they became successful. But their success certainly came quicker than most. |

What kind of "open wheel" are you saying Gordon and Newman drove in? You really don't know? There is other racing besides NASCAR, and most is |

Gordon drove open wheel midget cars prior to becoming the queen of the Hendricks stable. Gordon was featured alot, back in the old days of ESPN's/Dave Despain's "Thursday night thunder". Tony, of course-IRL. Uh, Tony, like Gordon was a multi USAC champion in midgets, sprints and |

And you are right, I wouldn't consider JJ to be in the same league as JPM. JPM would need some more experience to come up to par. And no, I am not being sarcastic. Montoya's experience is much more limited than Yeley's. Those other current drivers you noted did NOT have instant success. It took them a while before they became successful.
