In terms of actual best since Thomas Edison invented the movie I would have
to say that the best movie ever in terms of overall stuff was The Godfather.
The other best movie was True Grit. At the end she said that she knew that
he would come back on a tall horse. She did not care about the state of the
horse. She just knew that he would come back.
The other best movies were the Alien movies. Lieutenant Ripley did not say
a lot of words. But when she said something it was important.
The best kids movies is a tie between Miracle on 34th Street and The Wizard
of Oz. Wizard of Oz is probably a lot better overall but Miracle on 34th
Street gets a lot of credit for the scene when the foreign kid was ascairt
to talk to Santa Claus because he would not understand her.
Best recent movie line is from Woodie Harrelson, of all people. "You saw
him? And you ain't dead?" |
