is DJ's 11th CC since the beginning of the '02 Season,
no doubt it's the CC's deficiencies

OBTW JG could get his 3rd 3inarow at Richmond & also has a 4inarow.

Longest Winless Streak is 39 in '00-'01.
Richmond is the 4th COT race of '07 & Hendrick is 3fer3, is it
Casey Mears turn to win? making it 4fer4 HMS & CM ending his 0fer153?

Y'all are probably as sick of this topic as i am, but...

Full Beer Can Throwers:
Marty Smif sez:
NASCAR is the biggest BYOB party on the planet. And that's a big part of
the allure, whether you want to believe it or not.
Marty includes great lyrics from a Tim MacGraw song.
Tony Stewart sez:
"People die doing what we're doing.
There are 43 drivers out there, and you can pull for whoever you want. But if
you don't like somebody, at least have enough respect for what they're doing
not throw full beer cans out there."
Palm Beach Post Staff Writer
The beer cans will stay, at least for now.
In the wake of can-throwing incidents by fans after Jeff Gordon victories on
April 21 at Phoenix International Raceway and on Sunday at Talladega
Superspeedway, International Speedway Corp. has no plans to prohibit fans from
bringing beverages into the tracks.

Here's hoping Richmond doesn't "lowball" Talladega. Let's hope the various
places where Nextel Cup races are run don't start competing over which track
can descend to a new low in fan behavior.

Earnhardt's fans upset NASCAR legends
Published May 4, 2007
There were two drivers Dale Earnhardt never messed with, on or off
the racetrack: Bobby Allison and Cale Yarborough. He knew better.
Maybe if Earnhardt's toughness-loving cult realized that, they'd
heed those two regarding Jeff Gordon's 77 victories and counting.
