He's talking about the Nascar sims haven't tried the new one from EA but
the old Nascar Racing is pretty realistic.

The old Papyrus "Nascar Racing 2003 Season" seems to be aknowledged as
the best one still out there...IF you can find a copy for under
$80-100. The mods (CTS, Busch and Trans AM)along with new car and
truck sets each year have kept it pretty current. And there are still
a few online leagues running yet. I heard once that it was the one Jr.
used. The newer EA games did not get great reviews that I saw.

And one little note...be careful....there are a whole lot of serious
"sim racers" out there that will take umbrage to the word "game." (I
am not one of them...)

Yup. Dale Jr., Truex, Hamlin, Newman, Nadeau and Jon Wood swear by
NR2003. Jr. moreso with the CTS mod.

Last I saw, they were still running their DMP crew CTS deal on Tuesday
nights.

There is still a fairly good sized following of it. I have a dedicated
server that I leave up at the office that has guys on it all the time.
