Robby completely wasted somebody's car yesterday, because he was
upset at how he was being raced. Logano had to stop his
car on the track to get out because it was so badly damaged
it caught on fire. It was junk.

I've said it a million times.
If you are going to play the revenge game,
you have to do it in kind.
You can't wad a guy up into the fence, because he
nudged fenders with you.

Robby freaks out on the track. He goes ballistic.
There are plenty of guys that I dislike, but support their
right to race, and can acknowledge they are great drivers..
I think Robby needs help.
He needs to be parked for this sort of thing.
If the 5 laps don't do it, then miss a race two.

If you have to ask the difference between Earnhardt and Gordon
then clearly you are not paying attention.
Robby is a dangerous POS that NASCAR needs to ban permanently before
he kills someone. He pulls this crap all the time and I can't believe
NASCAR didn't at least penalize or park him for his behavior during
this race. I think that NASCAR is negligent in this regard.

Why doesn't NASCAR park R.G.? *He is a dangerous menace.

I guess where all in agreement RG needs to go !!!!

What is so different between him and Dale Earnhardt Sr.? He pulled
the same crap and go away with it every time.
He was a former champ and he won races. He also drove in an era that
was much different. Since he killed himself, NASCAR saw fit to make
sweeping changes in the name of safety. Unfortunately a lot of these
changes have the opposite of the intended effect or lead to boring
racing which require new rules to be made.

Jeff Gordon has employed many of Dale's techniques but the announcers
and NASCAR thought it was cool, cheering it as the "bump and run"
regardless of what track. I also remember the 24 and 2 almost rear
ending Ricky Rudd at Indy many years back which was the prelude to
safety measures being implemented

lol..please. I'm no Earnhardt apologist, but if Dale was bumping someone out
, it was to get from 2nd to 1st...Robby does it to get from 28th to 27th and
because someone (he thinks) did him wrong.
It is not like he needs to worry about falling out of the top 35.
35th is several hundred points behind him and they aren't filling the
fields like they used to. Lots of "one and done" stuff going on.

Gordon has been a slugger with underfunded sponsors and second rate
equipment, struggling to be a single car guy, and I get that, I really do.

But he's gone beyond the edge and its time for him to go somewhere else
before he kills someone.
He was a dumbass when he drove the 31, 32, and the 13 as well. He is
his own worst enemy.

That was at Daytona and it was JG driving on the apron that would have
caused a huge crash had RW not let JG have the room to move back up.

Yup. Ricky was a rolling wreck staying out of the way on the bottom
of the track and JG jumped down below the yellow line. Had Rusty and
Ricky NOT split to let him through, there would have been one
hellacious wreck. Interesting that NASCAR and the BBs never mention
WHY the yellow line rule was invented at Daytona!
Sandy, THT
(TOO bloody hot and humid up here today! I canceled the riding
lessons to let my mostly geriatric riding string survive a lilttle
longer! You warmer states people can have this crap back, thank you
very much!)
