In prerace inspection they found that the mounts for the rear wing was of an unapproved design that gave the car an unfair aero advantage. They were removed and retained for further inspection. This was reported Saturday and in the prerace program today the info was repeated along with speculation that his crew chief would pick up a suspension. |

If you make it through pre-race inspections, and don't get caught in
post-race inspections, then good for you.
The only penalties that should be enforced, are in post-race
inspections.

IMO, there should be no penalties for pre-race infractions. If you make it through pre-race inspections, and don't get caught in post-race inspections, then good for you. |
