One of the best things that could happen to NASCAR, and improve on it, take it from the hands of Brian France, just take it right away from him. *Kick Helton out the door along with France and the rest of those hypocritical bastards and get an independent body into manage the entertainment medium ( I refuse to refer to NASCAR as a sport, and drivers are not athletes). * |

They have a contest. The have contestants. They have rules. They play for
money and trophies and everlasting glory. If that is not a sport it comes
pretty close. It is just a sport that uses cars instead of balls or pucks
or horses or sailboats or tennis courts or golf courses.
Overall, auto racing is not the big deal it was in the 1950's and 1960's and
1970's and 1980's. If Brian France joined a monastery Tuesday nothing about
that would change.
