What a lousy load of crap performance delivered by NASCAR, can't get the race
in on the scheduled day so they try to run it on Monday, and they did. It was
boring as hell and yet just a normal NA$CAR presentation, selling the fan and
the viewing audience short, again. I like watching NASCAR races on Wind
Tunnel because the whole race can be summed up in about two minutes, which is
almost two more minutes than I care to spend on NASCAR.

The radio broadcast of any NASCRAP race is a far better way to view any NCRAP
race.
I thought it was a pretty good race all things considered. When you
consider it was Pocono, it was a great race. The one in June nearly put
me to sleep.

I thought both were pretty good. Today's was good but sadly that was
probably influenced by several 'contrived' cautions. The Ragan wall brush
and yellow paper for example.

Caution lights aren't made out of paper.

I thought they said it was. What did you think it looked like it was made
of?

I thought the break-away caution light was a clever idea on NASCAR's part.
Any time they want a caution they just pull on a rope and a caution light
falls onto the track.
You had better put you aluminum beanie on.
Without it, NASCAR can read your thoughts.

Sheet metal. They showed a clip of Denny Hamlin running over it right
before/while they were throwing the caution flag.

The David Ragan caution was ridiculous though.

You must not watch many NASCRAP races. For a cup 'race' (and I agree there
isn't much that can be called 'racing' involved in NASCRAP) yesterday's
'race' rates as one of the better ones. Bogus cautions and all.

Yeah I saw that and thought it kind of disintegrated like paper too. (happy
to accept it was sheet metal now though)

I'm not normally one to complain about, or even point out, dodgy cautions
but they did seem extra anxious to find reasons to pull them at Pocono this
week. My memory isn't good enough to point out each one now but that's how
it came across real time to me.

As I said, the race was very entertaining though.
