I wouldn't call that high at all. That's about the level

I would go the other way. Would you rather live to 74 in USA and have all
kinds of luxuries like a nice house, boat, cars, etc. or rather live in
some 3rd world country like Pakistan and live to be 77?

reason why your question is irrelevant.
