Who's Behind The Story of Childress' Supposed "Cheating"?

Harvick has claimed that a rival team is behind the story of his and
Burton's supposed "cheating" and he knows who it is. I certainly don't
know if Childress is cheating or not.

I also don't know if Harvick's claim that a rival team is behind the
story is true but if it is, who is most likely to be that team?

My top guess is the "48" team. I could really see Knaus doing that. My
next guesses would be the "24" or "9" teams.

My guess, baby girl Brian France. Racing controversy means more
attention + more $$ for him. Can't get enougn $$. Where is he week-to
week? Ever see him at a race?

That's a good point John. He was all too happy to be the man behind the 24's
"soaked tires" claims, and IIRC, was ultimately behind Rusty's famous
"public engine tear-down" a few years ago too.
