If you are as educated as you pretend to be, you would know that Ann
Arbor, Michigan holds that title. Why you say? Did Apple Computer
move its think tank to Michigan. Why no - its because there is a very
large university there. Perhaps would there be a large university in
your vicinity? I think so. Iowa City ranks higher than you do because
they have a large university there too. Check bestplaces.net if you
