NC FL TN AL AR TX all have lower percentages of blacks than MD. TX AR
TN FL have 12 16 16 and 15% versus 28% for MD and yet all of those
states have much bigger traffic fatality and crime problems than MD.

Why do southerners never post links to support their "data". The
southern state with the highest pct of blacks is MS with 36%. Your 55%
figure is way off. NC FL TN AL AR TX all have lower percentages of
blacks than MD, and all have higher traffic fatality rates. TX AR FL
TN also have higher crime rates. I suspect NC and AL do as well.

I just posted a link to the US Census Bureau that allows you to click
on any state and quickly get its black population percentage and none
are above 39%, making your 55% figure absurd. Why do you southerners
make up all these "facts" and NEVER EVER EVER post any kind of link to

You are reading it wrong, Rick. Blacks make up 13%, and of those people,
55% live down South. If half of the South were black, there would be
about a 35% Black population in USA.
