Junior has been allowed to pass below the yellow for years. And several years
ago Junior even admitted that NASCAR allowed him to do so because of his
popularity (Junior fans coveniently don't remember the interview). So Junior
advancing below the yellow was expected, unless you're a cup newbie or just a
plain dumbass. And I didn't see Gordon advance below the yellow but if he did
good for him. He can join Junior and Stewart as drivers allowed to cheat by
NASCAR.

Earnhardt clearly advanced his position by passing below the yellow line
also and there was no penalty so.......................
As I've already posted, by his own admission Junior doesn't have to go by the
same rules as the other drivers. But just because Junior is allowed to cheat
doesn't mean all the other drivers should be allowed to do so.

It appeared to me as though Stewart advanced his position when he ran
below
the yellow while wrecking Kenseth into the infield. In my view he should
have
been not only penalized to the end of the longest line for aggressive
driving
but also a one lap penalty for passing below the yellow.

I've seen guys get 2 lap penalties for less than that. That was pre-road
rage era too.

Junior Passed under the yellow line twice this past Sunday. They will
never call him for it. That is why subjective calls by NASCAR is a
joke. Stewart is a great driver but he was completely out of control
at Daytona. I penalty to the back was a complete joke. If it would
have been a lesser known driver they would have been parked for at
least 1 lap. NASCAR get out of the policing business, You SUCK at it.
Call it straight down the middle or don't call it at all.
