It appeared to me as though Stewart advanced his position when he ran below the yellow while wrecking Kenseth into the infield. In my view he should have been not only penalized to the end of the longest line for aggressive driving but also a one lap penalty for passing below the yellow. Hoot |

Earnhardt clearly advanced his position by passing below the yellow line |
