Hopefully, NASCAR will do something about Stewart. There is one thing to
be
aggressive while racing and than it's another thing to be out of control,
in
which Tony was.....

Yes. Racing should be made "safe" at all costs. Perhaps they can send the
drivers toa school bus driving academy so they can learn how to operate a
transportation service in a safe, sensible manner.

Nah. Simply putting a noose around that crazy moron Tony's neck would
suffice.

Do you have XM Satellite??? His spotter said CLEAR LOW, CLEAR ALL
AROUND.

oh yeah!.....LINK TO THE VIDEO from SM Satellite to accompany the
spotter's call.

Are you SURE he said "...clear all around..."? It would appear that
to vindicate your omniscient hero, the actual audio would be more on
the order of; "...clear all the way to the grass..."

Admit it! Your hero made a boneheaded move inconsistent with his
previous whimpering about how "we're going to kill someone, someone's
going to get killed" statements earlier in the week.

You admit that and I'll admit that Kenseth was a dumb ass for running
up on Tony on the way out of the pits and even dumber for passing him
under caution. He was already warned by N$ to cool it on the #20.

Heck, I'll admit it for both of them anyway. They were both stupid. Tony
was also dangerous and should have gotten way more penalty he
got. N$ dished out far stronger "aggressive driving" penalties last
season than he got and for far less blatant stuff.
I am not sure why Tony thought Matt got him loose early in the race, but he
did. The move Tony made - it sure seemed blatant to me. And I am a
die-hard Tony fan. Maybe he didn't see Matt; or maybe a small "fuck you"
move turned into a huge move because he was at speed. Tony did clearly
say "Matt started it and I finished it" so he must have thought Matt got
him loose that time really early in the race. I have to assume that Herr
Helton called Matt and Tony to the trailer.

Actually, this is on NASCAR.com as we speak. Here is what was said in the
"Cross Words at Daytona" article.

"I got penalized but they didn't penalize him for getting me sideways,"
Stewart said of his clash with Kenseth. "He should have been smart enough to
know not to be tucking down our doors in the first 20 laps of a 200-lap race
at Daytona. He has no room to complain." "He started the whole thing and I
finished it."

I don't mind aggressive driving in racing... if I did then I wouldn't had
been watching it for nearly 30 years. What I do mind.... Is Tony
Stewart..... Fine if he wants to be an ass on the speedway so be it.. but
when he drives off with the jack under his car and it hitting his jackman,
luckily not to bad... then something needs to be said. He was out of
control yesterday.

Personally, I would like to see N$ abolish the "aggressive driving penalty"
altogether....let these guys beat the snot out of each other in the pits
after the race. Jack handles and wedge wrenches ALLOWED!

Great. Suggest a lynching. Maybe you want a cross and some white hoods
togo with that, Doug?

he's just trolling (as if it weren't already obvious). the XM
satellite feed did not feature the in-car radio channel for this year's
500 so unless he was at the track, he didn't hear the in-car radio from
satellite radio.

It was an excellent display of "road rage".
The DOT should pay Tony to use it in their PSA's.
