Junior should learn from others past mistakes. It is too difficult to be an
owner and a Championship winning driver at the same time. Even his dad knew
that so built a business side line while driving for Childress. Junior has
the same opportunity now to do the same thing. Bring Budweiser and the other
big sponsors to JR Motorsports and build his own company but leave the
personal worries of his own car to another such as Childress etc. If he
trys it on his own he will always be in turmoil with the hired help that is
responsible for his car and be inclined to always be replacing and will be
fostering ill relationships. If history tells him nothing else, it should
tell him this.

Do we know if Richey Gilmore is with DEI? Has it been his problem with the
engine dept or has he not had the funds to built and experiment from DEI?
At one time he had the better engine program, how can one lose that ability?
If it was not his problem, will Little E bring him along? There's a lot of
questions and events to take place the rest of this season in preparation
for next season. One must get ahead of the curve before next Feb or lose the
first season all together.

Thanks Nascar for instituting the 4 team limit. It's very satisfying to me
that a rule that was created to fuck over Jack Roush has ultimately cost
your best buddy Rick Hendrick a chance to hire the most popular driver who
would have brought huge Bud money with him.

You know Hendrick would have out-bid Childress and Junior would be going
to HMS if not for the team limit.

Actually, I'm surprised Nascar didn't temporarily rescind the rule just
for Hendrick.

Oh kwitcher whinin'! If RHR wants it bad enough he will give Mears the boot
and revive the #25 Bud car.

And what if Budweiser balks at going back to HMS? They were on the #25 for 6
years and never won. Hendrick didn't tell them they were sponsoring the R&D
car.

How much is Junior worth without Budweiser?

Is Nascar supposed to force Roush into
breach of contract? He has to
eleiminate one Cup team when the
current sponsor contracts expire.

And which sponsor contract is Roush/NASCAR waiting to expire?

IIRC, the sponsor Roush/NASCAR was allowing all obligations to be met,
was at the end of 2006.

As for the Busch teams, there is no limit,
so I'm not sure why you're crying about
that.

Since when does stating facts about a subject constitute the use of the
word, "crying"?

All I was doing was pointing out the fact that Roush has 6 or more Busch
teams, nothing more, nothing less.

A whole bunch. Mears or Kyle Busch would be immediately expendable,
probably Mear. Yet there is a way around that, and it will likely be
used if Jr. wants to go Hendrick. An information sharing agreement,
simluar to the old RAD, with JR Motorsports. Jr would own his team,
but engines, chassis, and most of all tech data would be shared same
as any other Hendrick car.
