Tire question

When they race with an inner tire how do they get the outside tire on the rim?
Are the sidewalls that flexible?

Think of the inner tire as being like an inner tube, it just sits
inside the rim, clear of the bead. Then putting the tire on is
done just like you'd put a tire on a bicycle. The inner liner
is quite flexible when it's not inflated.
