The bobble head thing he does? Yeah, bothers the heck out of me. It's as
annoying as when Theismann opens his mouth to say anything.

He's been around
racing since you and I were shitting green in our diapers,
I think he *is* our age, dood. And you sure our shit was green? I
changed a lot of diapers, considering I have 5 kids. It was usually
somewhere between beige and brown. And smelled worse after bottle feeding
than breast feeding. WAY WORSE.

You admitted he's ok to listen to so just turn your head to
the right and stare at boogity!
Can't someone put him in a neck brace or sumthin? They cost what - like
$20? He gives me bobble-head rage. And why can't there be announcers
that raced in NA$Cball? How about Awesome Bill? How about Cale? Or how
about Buddy Baker? Dood - something with a head that is bobble-free.

You know why BobbleHeadWorld ( http://www.bobbleheadworld.com/) doesn't
sell Mike Joy bobbleheads? Because we don't want him to make his head
bobble. So rather than us looking away; why can't he just fix it? It's
gotta be a tick. Can't he take some sort of Turrett's medicine or
something. In fact, I think I can fix him with Duct Tape. I hear that
stuff has 1 million uses.

Put some over your keyboard. Mike Joy is a decent car guy weather it's
Barrett Jackson or Nascar. You like Weber.

I laugh at the Theismann leg break video, he is the absolute worst.

I've liked Wally in the booth since he started.

Because he drove a First Union car and you have Wachovia (was FU)?

Up here we're not sure if Wachovia is something that people eat with grits
or if it's some sort of garden weed. We know the good old boys down there
like this Wachovia, so we're guessing the grits part.

Now Mike, you can't say they are not excellent drivers.... may not be on
par
with those they were driving against, but put them up against your average
"talented" driver and watch them shine... Prime example is Kenny
Schrader....doesn't shine amongst the Cup guys but goes around the country
whipping the shit out of the best of the rest....

Oh, I agree, but I guess I should qualify my original comment about Waltrip
as "compared to his peers".

I think you should stick with your opinion as stated earlier.

I think it's a huge misconception, that Cup drivers are the creme de le creme
in the racing world...
There are plenty of guys across the country that are much better than
at least half the cup drivers..

Look at some of the guys that you see in Cup today, that only a few years
ago, were locals... Kurt Busch was driving dwarf cars, and was better than
Michael Waltrip...

As for Schrader whipping up on the locals,
I'll bet if you looked at his record
you would find that it is not as good as you think...
You 'hear' about the times that he does win... occasionally, but what about
all the times he doesn't?

I remember when it was pretty common to have cup drivers appear at local
shows, and have even raced against them...
I can honestly say, that I have never seen one make any of the top guys look
bad... in fact, at the places we ran, they never did beat the locals...
Guys like Stewart, who can drive anything any where,
are REALLY the exception.. I'm very confident had he been racing in my times,
he would have probaly beat the locals.. the guy is awesome.
A couple of years ago, he did go to one of the tracks, and got into
one of the regular's car.... he timed faster than the guy had ever gone...

Schrader drives anything anywhere, but not with the success of Stewart.

Why is lemon juice made with artificial flavor,
and dish liquid made with real lemons?

Grape soda. That makes it green.

Compared to Bobble-Head Mike Joy; the man is a legend. What did Mike race,

Mike's done some racing IIRC. Besides, Mike (and Weber) are the broadcasting
professionals. Waltrip/McReynolds and Dallenbach/Parsons are the color
commentators, bringing their experience into the booth to explain what's going
on.

Best examples I can give are the Kentucky basketball broadcasting team. Tom
Leach is the play-by-play guy. He's a broadcaster. Mike Pratt is the color
commentator. He's a former UK basketball player.

For the Cincinnati Reds, Marty Brennaman has done play-by-play for years. Until
recently his sidekick was Joe Nuxhall, the former Reds pitcher who was the
youngest player ever to play in a major-league game.

Still, I'd prefer my color commentators to have had a bit more success in their
chosen endeavor than Wally has had.

I'm sure the exact color appears somewhere on the 88 car.

What can brown do for you????
