Nope, wrong. NASCAR said that it didn't matter if there was a delay or not,
that there would be penalties for cursing during interviews. Maybe next year
there wouldn't be, don't know ,but if Kurt had said the s or f word yesterday
he would have faced sanctions from NASCAR
