Biffle barely touched the wall, spun into the grass and yellow comes
out. Earlier, 66 car spuninto the grass all by himself and the yellow
came out. Flagman must have his arm set on hair trigger.

Cautions allow the preferred drivers to stay closer to the lead or at
least not lose so many points.

Especially watch for cautions for "debris on the racetrack". If they
don't show you the debris, assume it's NASCAR wanting to rig one of
it's preferred drivers (Kyle Busch, Gordno, Johnson, etc.) to the
front.

What gets me is the inconsistency of it. Most races, if a driver just
brushes the wall early on in the race, the caution flies. Same thing
happens with 20 to go and then it's a "depends on who's leading" type of
thing...

One guy who really got screwed was the second place guy at Pocono
(ARCA) when Scott Speed turned him. No yellow, and he's 1/2 a lap
behind with no chance of catching up with only a lap or two to go.
Earlier in the race, he probably would have gotten a yellow and could
have caught up.

There's another one. Kurt B spins into the grass all alone. No other
cars involved, no dirt thrown on the track and the yellow comes out.

Almost identical to the end of the ARCA race, but that guy didn't get
the chance to catch up.

I think he did it on purpose. His way of getting TV time for the
sponsors.
