Trust me, there was no sincerity in his "apology", he is just playing
the game. I love the fact that the little shithead finally got put in
the wall at a plate track. Every time he gets the lead he goes 3 wide by
himself as DW would say.

I think TS was very sincere. He wanted a clean win, not one with a
wreck. And he said only that if (IF) he did something wrong, he was
sorry, but he didn't think he did.

N.

I saw it the same way. IMO, he wanted a drag race to the finish line,
not KyBu up in the air against the wall.

He also added that he was sorry that KyBu had to finish farther back
after running so well - at the front with Tony - all evening.
TS might be selling, but I'm not buying. He only meant to rattle his
cage. lol

At this point in the season, they are only competing for victories.
both are well-positioned to make the chase.

Until KyBu comments on the incident, you can't make assumptions.

BTW, do you think Jr. will crack the top-25 next week in Chicago?

What does KyB's comments have to do with my opinion of what TS said?

Also, I won't hold my breath for KyB to comment on the incident.

Think that one through a little more. let me help.... If KyBu comes
out and says that it was just hard racing, then Tony need not apologize.

There is nothing to think about. I don't think that TS gives a shit
about wrecking KyB, period (there is a brake pedal). Since he is now a
car owner, I'm sure he didn't like all of the torn-up sheet metal, which
he thought "might" had been his fault. Mr 3 Wide All By Himself, got
what was coming to him. I'm surprised that he didn't happen a LOT sooner
than it did.

You people amaze me. Forget about the fact that it was Kyle
Busch...pretend it was the almighty Dale, jr.The fact that you can knock
the leader out of the way on the last lap, like has happened at the last
2 plate races, is the problem. If it was YOUR FAVORITE that was trying to
block and got smacked into the wall, you would all be crying, asking
BASCAR to penalize the gut who did the punting. And believe me, I could
give a shit about Kyb..it is just that racing ain't what it used to be.
Ask all the fans on the backstretch grandstands....

You mean the ones on unemployment, or the one's
that are just strapped to the gills, and afraid of
losing their jobs?

So, just what does Tony think and please explain EXACTLY HOW you know
what he thinks.

Did he? Or was it just the heat of the moment?

Are you just bitter that Jr. didn't win. Or finish in the top 5. Or
top 10? Or top 20? Or top 30?

I think you're just venting against the driver that's eclipsing your
favorite driver rather than recognizing KyBu's talent.

Trying to block in the heat of the moment in a very intensive
competition for the win. Totally excusable. Its not like being a lap
down, having a mental meltdown temper tantrum and taking out all the
leaders.
So, what's your point? Any driver that does that eventually gets what is
coming to him.

The plate racing hasn't changed, if anything the CoTs have made it
better. I loved the 4 car breakaway.

Plate racing sucks. It sometimes helps those that don't have the talent
to run competitively.

Empty seats have more to do with the economy than the racing. Times
are hard and some people, including myself, have had to cut back. I
had tickets to the Daytona 400 ever since it became a night race, but
had to give them up a year ago. And I only live 45 miles away.

Probably 45 miles east, right?
Yeah, I leave in the Atlantic Ocean on a house yacht.

And don't assume to know what I would be saying if it had happened to
TS, because you don't.

That's right. You don't know. But you sure claimed to know.
Ah, I KNOW what *I* would say if TS got sent into the wall for blocking
THREE lanes.....are you on drugs?
