Hi i have a 95 Nissan Altima and experienced the same problem will taking off from a stop or making right hand turns. Turns out in my case that it was a Clog in the Steering Wheel fluid pipe and also there was a small hole in the pipe. Dont know if this helps but thought id reply with a similar experience.
