1995 nissan sentra XE problem - 07-06-2003 , 05:42 PM

Help,

The emission(malfunction) light on the display came on when i didn't get
the e-check. That same day i got the e-check and the light is still on.
This was a week ago, so i thought that if you drive it around the light will
go away. It still hasn't. Please provide your input in this matter.
