The horn on my car stopped working. The fuses are all good. I even put a
new horn in, but it still isn't working.

Horn pad or slip ring contacts. Both are attached to steering wheel.

it's all the same, I am not russian ethnically (jewish) but from the same
hole to the East of Poland. If someone speaks Ukrainian, a russian can
understand the topic and many words, like Italian would understand a Spanish
