94 Altima Transmission - comes out of drive at stops - 04-20-2005 , 05:37 AM

I have a 94 Altima that occasionally will seem to go into neutral when at a
stop light.
When I press on the gas, the revs go up, and then the car bangs back into
drive.
This only happens occasionally.
What could this be?
Fluid is in good shape and up to the proper level.
