is this a good price to pay for a 2004 spec-v... - 07-31-2003 , 05:08 PM

i am about to buy a 2004 spec-v for 23,000 as a final price tag. I am
in canada. It is a baseline model with no "sport package" or "brembo
package"

anyone paid less?
is this a good deal?
