Brake light problem

The parking lights come on (rear break lites also lite) when I hit the
breaks on my 1993 Sentra XE.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting this problem? Thanks for any help!

You most likely have a faulty bulb. I have seen the same thing happen
when a filament breaks off inside a mutifilament bulb... and then falls
on the other filament, powering that circuit also. Take out all double
filament (1157 or 3157) bulbs and check very closely.
