| This voltage regulator only connects to the fuel gauge and water temp gauge. Both just died on me. |
| First where exactly is it located? |

Then how hard is it to replace? Does the entire dash need to be pulled? |

Usually is on the back of the instrument cluster or inside it. On some cars the regulator is Incorporated into one of the gauges yet both share it's function. Usually it will be the more expensive of the two if that's the case, I know Honda does it that way.. Then how hard is it to replace? Does the entire dash need to be pulled? The instrument cluster has to be removed from the dash but not "the entire dash".. -- Steve http://www.atlantaracing.com |

Also look out for cracked tracks on the instrument PCB. Vibration causes these cracks. I had one on a Sunny once when the rev counter stopped working. A blob of solder to bridge the crack fixed it. |
