See my post re 6/15 1995 Pathfinder XE question posted by Dan.

Add to that, about six months after the rebuild, I didn't like the way
it was shifting at high speed. Took it back to the rebuilder and he
retensioned the bands. It's a bit of a pain to do that because they have
to drop the trans and get to the top of the unit. All's well again since
then.
