lots of Villager/Quest owners to help you out.
Start with checking the throttle position sensor for correct voltage when
in idle position.
should be around .4-.5 volts, if not adjust.
Also try cleaning out the throttle body. Lots of carbon/curd builds up in
the cavity.
Join up at the villagerquest group post you problem. Suggest more details
of van history and details of what repairs were performed.
Also check the file section once you sign in.
Lot of good info.
If you don't have a repair manual, pickup a haynes manual as a starter
manual.
