Hi,

When replacing the alternator I must have damaged the mini wiring
harness which runs from a connetor on the main wiring harness to the
alternator and a/c compressor. Now the a/c compressor will not turn
on.

I have spoken on the phone with several Nissan parts departments but
none can identify the part. Can anyone provide a part number. The
harness consists of:

connector - 9" cable - connector - 9" cable - connector

scroll down to 2003 & mouse over number 24043 on the left side of the
engine room diagram. If that's not it, the one you are looking for
has to be close by.

On maxima.org I fould the email address of a parts guru at South Point
Nissan in TX. I emailed him and he got back to me within a few hours.

Part is 24076-5Y700, so you were close. Thanks for trying.
