Engine squeal

I have a 96 Maxima with 230000 kms and recently, the engine makes
this ear piercing squeal when I start it. It seems to happen only when
the engine is cold and also seems to come from the front of the engine
compartment instead of the passenger side where the belts are located.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like the serpentine belt to me.
