Max99 has a cover over exhaust pipe with some sort of insulation. On my
car it rusted out and fell off. Should I replace it? If yes - where can
I find it?

The only purpose of this heat shield is to prevent possible fire when you
park over a dry grass or something else, which can be burned by the hot
exhaust pipe. The only place I could find it was the Nissan dealership (for
~$20). The aftermarket pipe comes without it anyway. So, I would just forget
about it.
