Default J30t Sluggish - 07-21-2006 , 03:09 PM

My 97 J30t is very sluggish at times. This never happens when I first start
it, just when it get up to temperature. I have noticed a couple of time
when I take the fuel cap off when nearly empty, it doesn't make the air
pressure noise. Could a bad gas cap cause sluggishness? What else could it
be. I have done new plugs, fuel filter and air filter.

Are you burning 90 octane? Could also be a bad knock sensor if >100K (or
dozens of other things).

Usually do the highest octane I can get 91-93. All the time. Dealer
scanned it and found nothing and of course couldn't reproduce it! Where to
begin!?!
