Possibilities:
- bigger hammer
- forgetit
- take odo out, open & lube the rolls
- go junkyard, find 'new' odo, seek references for a good repair shop for swap
- $tealership price: possibly 2x your car (asking doesnt cost as much?)

so the Odo has been working intermittently. it will work for a few miles then freeze up again. i have not done anything to it at this point.
