Default 2002 Grand Am, low power, acts like no fuel???? - 11-28-2004 , 01:36 PM

It acts like it is not getting enough fuel, it starts fine but can't
get passed 2200 RPM. Engine light does not come on. Any way I can
check for codes or any idea where to look

Thank You

I did figure it out, the Catalyc convertor was clogged up, that after
60k miles. A replacement cost over 700 dollars. What are they thinking
there in Detorit? What a piece of crap!!!

Sounds like you have figured it out. Check the fuel pressure. If it's
low, replace the fuel filter. If it's still low, you have a bad pump or
a smashed line.
