I don't think theu work i used 2 types of sealers the firts one work
for a while but later on i got more smoke
the second one not sure if is working
i drove the car around the block and it was okay but still got white
smoke
so i don't know but i dont think am gonna take any chances and drive
the car to work lol

I just replaced a head gasket, but before I did I also tried the miracle in
a can thing. I had much the same results that you did, it worked for about
20 miles then it let go. When I finally did pull the cylinder head it was
warped so badly that it had to be replaced and nothing was going to fill the
gap.

I've seen "K&W Block Seal" do some amazing things. You have to follow
the instructions carefully - you don't just pour it in.

No substitute for fixing it right, of course.
