As you might of seen in my other post, i am going to look at a 944(1983).
The car has 123,000 miles and the AD says it runs good. My question is how
durable is that 944 engine? I usually drive my cars pretty hard (rev to 4k
per shift, redline often) and I just want to know if a 21 year old porsche
motor, granted it has been taken care of, will handle that kind of abuse. I
know Porsche makes some of the best cars and am sure it probably won't
bother the car too much, but just want to hear from the experts before I can
rest easy. Thanks again

If you don't break a timing belt, or overheat it, those engines will
run 300K with no problem.
