Extended Warranties - 12-14-2004 , 04:01 PM

Has anyone here had any good / bad experiences with extended warranty
companies? I have a 99 convertible 9-3 with 56,000 miles and would like to
either sell it or get it back into a warranty (ours expired in May with
47,000 miles and 48 months).
