Default Radio power feed - '91 9000 - 10-30-2003 , 04:08 AM

Hi there

I am trying to wire my radio and car phone kit so that they have power on
the first position of the ignition switch. They are currently wired through
the switched live that comes on at the second position, with heater fan,
lights etc. The fuse labelled for the radio is also for the clock, so is
always live.

Anyone tell me where to find the desired feed?

Hope this makes sense.

Many thanks
Julian

I ended up poking around in the fuse box. It's especially handy if
there are fuse places for accessories you don't have. I have a GPS
and radar detector wired in that way.

In the 2000 9-5, there seems to be a wire in position that keeps the
radio on after running, if the key is in the ignition. You can also
turn on the radio without the key in the ignition as well, but this
might just be the 9-5.
