More vibration when Braking -

This is one area that I have had some experience and some success.
To be sure, rotors warp because of uneven heating and/or cooling. Hard
braking is the usual cause but sometimes the same results can occur
when an excessive portion of your driving is regularly excessive
stop/start.
On a previous vehicle I obtained different pads, Kevlar I believe, and
this resulted in less rotor wear or perhaps more even wear. I believe
that when the rotors are no longer uniformly thick, heating causes
differential expansion and results in warping.
