* Windshield wipers
* Crankcase position sensor
* Heater bypass valve
* Display problems
* Various electronic problems: alarm , upper brake light, auto tranny
control box
* Fuel pump

Well, the danish Saab Club is very active, so I know a great share of 9-5 owners. The list of typical Saab 9^5 problems that many 9^5 owners run into is quite long: * Ignition cassette They're known to last 150.000+ km. Choosing the wrong type of sparkplugs can however burn the cassette in very few km's. Bad ignition cassettes is a known problem throughout the different carbrands. * Turbo Not an issue here. But again, it's possible to smash a turbocharger very fast, if you're using a quality fully synth engine oil, giving a lot og throttle from cold and not letting the charger cool down, before turning the engine off. * Windshield wipers Havent heard of this. * Crankcase position sensor The can break yes. * Heater bypass valve Haven't heard of. * Display problems Yes, using the Opel subsupplier was a bad decission - made by GM.
