2004 ION Electric Steering - 07-09-2003 , 12:32 PM

The 2004 ION changes allegedly include:
"Electric power steering calibration adjusted for improved on-center feel at
highway speeds"

I wouldn't call this an upgrade as much as a necessary *correction*. Anyone
know if this can be done post-production to a 2003?
