Question 2 of 3.

The new ION boasts "electric" assist steering - personally, I don't much
care how they do it, as long as it does what I need. What I *need* though,
is something a little tighter and heavier - the wheel/steering response
seems a little "floaty" and out of control to me, especially under strained
conditions (highway speeds / hard accel / etc.). This is of course exactly
when I *DONT'* want it to feel floaty!

Anyone know if the "weight" of the wheel response can be user-tuned? I am
looking at lowering the ride with a spring adjustment, maybe that will do
the trick mechanically (meaning the way the car will respond to the lowered
suspension - raz me all you like, I admit I'm just guessing here)?
