I'd guess shop rate for labor, and whatever the brake line is for parts.

I looked at my 97 SL2 subscription to www.alldatadiy.com and there wasn't
any useful information on the brake lines.

No Saturn part numbers, nuthin'

Did lubing the poly bushing fix the squeaking?

(Radio Shack sells teflon grease - that might be useful for this.)

goes
over and under the sway bar and actually rests on it at one spot. I'm
guessing this is not good.

Anyone have a ballpark cost on replacing it???

....update - they (my dealer) doesn't have pre-bent lines. They cut, flare,
bend a piece into where ever needs replacing. I'm going to check around...

I've always bought lengths of brake line with nuts that I could bend
into a reasonable facsimile of the original. They may have told you
they flared the line, but I'll bet they double flare them. Here's a
link that I found about how to do them.

Good Luck & Best Wishes,
