97 Impreza Sport-lights flash with remote door open but no unlock - 03-10-2007 , 01:35 PM

Hi Folks, my 97 Impreza remote door locks are not unlatching when I press
the button on my key fob. The parking lights all flash as though they want
to, but no sound of unlatching. The inside lock overide is not on. Any
ideas here before I dive into it?
