Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement fog light switch and/or
relay for a 2002 Impreza WRX Wagon? Pressing the switch doesn't turn
the fog lights on anymore.

1) Make sure the LOW beams are turned on when you test it.
2) Check the bulbs to see if they are burned out
3) Check the voltage at the bulb to see if turning the
switch on or off changes the voltage

Those steps may save you spending money on parts that
aren't the problem.
