Subaru L series Driving LIghts

Hi,

I am trying to connect driving lights on my 1994 L-series Wagon (4WD Sportswagon). Everything is fine, except I can't find where to connect to the high-beam wire (so that the driving lights only come on when the high-beam is on). I don't have a wiring diagram, so I would love it if someone could tell me what colour wire I am looking for and approximately where to find it.

I found what I thought was the correct wire. It was red/white and came out from the steering column, but it was at 12V when the high-beams were off and 0V when they were on. The relay is expecting the opposite (0V for off and 12V for on). If this is the correct wire then could someone please tell me how to connect this properly to the relay.
